Join our 4 weeks preparation course
You want to start as a runner over 5 kilometres at the KoRo Women's Race Berlin, but you don't feel fit enough yet? Running instead of walking is your goal? Then our preparation course is just right for you!
You should already be able to run for ten minutes at a time - no matter what pace. We will accompany you for the last 4 weeks with a training plan and joint training sessions so that you cross the finish line happy.
The preparation package for the price of 40 euros includes:
- 4 training units of 60 min. each in a small group, every Thursday from April 20 to May 11, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- The 4 units will take place at different locations: 2 times in the Tiergarten, 1 time inthe new KoRo Café in Schöneberg and one last session at the adidas Sports Base Berlin where you will pick up your race material
- Training plan for 4 weeks
