5K Run

The perfect discipline for casual runners and those who are just starting to run. A lap through the Tiergarten, with samba bands & lots of happy moments. With or without timekeeping, depending on your ambitions.

STARTING TIME:
5K run WITH timekeeping: 1:30 pm

5K run WITHOUT timekeeping: 3:10 pm

TIMEKEEPING AND TIME LIMIT:
Time keeping is done exclusively with the MIKA TAG. The MIKA TAG consists of a disponsable transponder attached to the bib number.

The time limit is 1 hour from crossing the start.

REGISTRATION PERIOD:
October 30, 2025, to April 30, 2026 (as long as the participation limit has not been reached)

ELIGIBILITY:
Only women in the age group 2016 and older
