Do you want to be well-prepared when you participate in the AVON Women's Run? Then you've come to the right place.

We are offering a variety of course for you and your friends! The more fit you are when it is time for Germany's biggest women's run supporting those affected by breast cancer on May 16, 2020, the more intensively you can enjoy the event.

If you take advantage of the experience and knowledge of our coaches, our pink celebration will be here before you know it.

3 Month of Running Training for Women 


You can look forward to three months of running training for women. Prior experience is not required.

When and where?

Trainer Angela will coach you for 60 minutes every Thursday starting on April 9, 2020, at Hirschbrunnen in Volkspark Wilmersdorf

Functional Endurance Training for Runners

Funktionelles Ausdauertraining

We want to get you "fit through the winter". Our running expert Ivo will show you how you can improve your endurance even in the cold season. With the help of stairs, mountains and power circles, he will provide a varied means of preparing you for the upcoming running season.

When and where?

The 8 training sessions will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 pm every Thursday starting on January 23, 2020, at Mommsen Stadium.

Yoga for Runners 

Yoga für Läufer 1

Our trainer Beate will introduce you to the Hatha Yoga style, which is suitable for everyone. The flowing movements are very concentrated — always with a focus on your respiratory flow, so you will find peace and relaxation in the movements. The Hatha Yoga body postures and movements (called Asana) not only help with regeneration, but also help to stretch and strengthen all your supporting muscles.

By the way: The course qualifies as a prevention measure approved and subsidized by the public health insurances.

When and where?

The course starts at Gesundheitszentrum H87 (Hauptstrasse 87, 12159 Friedenau) on January 14, 2020. You can look forward to ten 90-minute yoga sessions every Tuesday starting at 7:15 pm (the course will go on break on February 4).
